Back in 2015, my daughter started her braces here, and I honestly can’t believe it’s been almost 10 years since our journey with Apple Valley Orthodontics began. Since then, I’ve gone through Invisalign myself, and now my son is currently in Invisalign — this office has truly become a second family to us.
So we made appointment they had a come in for a consultation we then met with Amy is always so welcoming and kind. We first met her in the finance department, which was actually an easy process.
Now you can see her all over the floor, which I generally love. Because, still making it a point to say hello and check in and see how we are doing Her positive presence really sets the tone for the office.
Monica Velez has been absolutely outstanding over the years. Each and every one of us has had an amazing experience and incredible results. The entire staff is wonderful — always kind, patient, and genuinely willing to work with us no matter what.
From the front desk being friendly and welcoming, to Aries who is fantastic at scheduling and rearranging appointments to accommodate our hectic schedule — we have always felt taken care of. The techs are informative, gentle, and truly caring, you can tell they love what they do. I especially appreciate Isaac for encouraging my son and motivating him to stay consistent with his Invisalign.

We even look forward to using the lighting system once treatment is complete — that’s how much trust we have in their process.
